To produce our salad dressings and marinades, our cooks carefully inspect and select only the freshest garlic, onions, ginger and other ingredients. Onions, which is the foundation of our dressings, are chopped one by one, by hand. Ingredients are inspected repeatedly to assure that only the best ingredients are used in the finished dressings.
Every bottle of our dressings are still hand-made by our cooks. The only variation in our production process is the mechanized bottling and a enlarged central kitchen. Because each bottle of dressing is painstakingly made, the fine flavor of our product is readily apparent. Angelo Pietro products are known for its consistent rich taste and reliable quality.
The Pietro Group also owns and operates 104 various types of restaurants in Japan, Korea and Hawaii.
